Audio Conferencing services include:

  • On-Demand – provides a 24×7 bridge that’s ideal for frequent users.
  • Automated – requires advance reservations to book a bridge.
  • Operator-handled – a dedicated operator greets and checks participant details before the call.
  • Premier – a dedicated operator controls the call and facilitates questions and answers and an event coordinator helps with planning and post-call follow up.

Rogers Web Conferencing is an on-demand service, allowing customers to share documents and applications in real time. The solution lets you send email invitations, make annotations, record conferences and create custom surveys. Users require Internet access and a basic telephone line.

  1. Taxes extra. A one-time $130 business phone installation fee for the first line and $75 for each additional phone line apply. Early Cancellation fee is calculated at $20/mo for Business Phone for each outstanding month in the term for a maximum of $400 per product.
  2. Available for calls to Canada, the continental US and Hawaii only. This plan is intended for direct dialed conversations or voice messages only, based on a total of 44,640 minutes available in a month. Chat lines, data, fax and/or long distance calls made using call forwarding and three-way calling features are prohibited. Other restrictions apply. Not to be used for resale purposes.
